These charges are not included in product or shipping prices unless explicitly stated.

GucluAuto is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.


6. Large & Bulk Orders

For wholesale, garage, dealership, or container-based orders:

  • custom shipping quotes are available,
  • pallet and freight shipping can be arranged,
  • export documentation support may be provided.

Please contact our export department for commercial orders.


7. Shipping Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate:

  • shipping addresses,
  • contact information,
  • postal codes,
  • and import details.

GucluAuto is not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect customer information.


8. Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be sent via email when available.

Some international freight shipments may have delayed tracking updates depending on carrier systems.


9. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete:

  • contact us within 48 hours of delivery,
  • provide photos of packaging and products,
  • include your order number.

We will investigate the issue with the shipping provider and assist with resolution.


10. Restricted Products & Regions

Certain products may be restricted in some countries due to local import laws or transportation regulations.
