1. Return Eligibility

Products may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they meet the following conditions:

  • Item is unused and uninstalled
  • Product is in original packaging
  • Product is in resalable condition
  • No physical damage or modification
  • All accessories, labels, manuals, and original contents are included

Items that have been installed, used, damaged, or altered are not eligible for return unless covered under warranty or received defective.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally non-returnable:

  • Installed automotive parts
  • Electrical and electronic components
  • Custom or special-order products
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Opened fluids, lubricants, or chemical products
  • Products damaged by improper installation

3. Incorrect or Damaged Orders

If you receive:

  • an incorrect item,
  • damaged product,
  • defective part,
  • or incomplete shipment,

please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.

Include:

  • order number,
  • photos of the item and packaging,
  • and a description of the issue.

Our team will review the case and provide a replacement, refund, or return solution.


4. Vehicle Compatibility Responsibility

Customers are responsible for verifying compatibility before purchase.

We strongly recommend checking:

  • OEM numbers,
  • engine code,
  • vehicle year,
  • model,
  • and technical specifications.

If compatibility assistance is needed, our support team is available before ordering.

Returns due to incorrect customer selection may be subject to restocking fees.


5. Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Refund processing times may vary depending on banks and payment providers.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was caused by GucluAuto.

6. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was incorrect or defective.
  • We recommend using tracked and insured shipping services.
  • GucluAuto is not responsible for lost return shipments.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders may only be canceled before shipment processing begins.

Once an order has been shipped, it must follow the standard return procedure.


8. Warranty Claims

Certain products may include manufacturer warranty coverage.

Warranty does not cover:

  • racing or commercial misuse,
  • accidental damage,
